Hello Forever

Showing up at The York Manor there was a mix of hipsters, hippies, and everything else in between.

The openers were …. talented in their own ways I suppose, but really didn’t get me all that jazzed to be there - some guy was playing a guitar with 1879 strings (okay slight exaggeration) sitting on the ground jamming out and I kind of wondered what I got us into. Then Hello Forever took the stage and it was a complete 180.

Vibey - Energy Rich - Easy Listening - Groovy

At one point they had us all sit on the floor and jam and sing together (I know I know pretty hippie dippie but HEY I was there for it) and you could feel the energy in the room. You could feel the sense of community that their music brought, through the vibrations and the choir-like harmonies, the happiness that each member exuded on stage. Hello Forever was an epic experience that I’m happy to have stumbled into, hippie chanting circle and all.
