Guidelines for Submissions: 

  • Please include minimum 3 looks per submission

  • Full teams are ideal with Photographer, Model, MUA/Hair, Wardrobe Styling - not required but having a team allows for a higher quality of work (depending on the story being told)

  • You may submit 8-18 images, we may request more if you sent us just a few and we need a better idea

  • Images are exclusive to ARCHIVE for 3 months

Important Details:

Once you have submitted, we assume that everyone involved in the shoot agrees to have the images published in ARCHIVE. It is your responsibility to make sure that everyone is aware of your submission and agrees with it. ARCHIVE reserves the right to select what photos get published from the series you submit. We also reserve the right to crop your images if needed for fitting the publication dimensions.

By allowing ARCHIVE to publish your work, you grant us permission to use your work in any of our publications, websites, marketing material, advertisement, videos, and any other media or formats used in the creation, dissemination, and monetization of ARCHIVE content. We reserve the right to deny or accept any submission based on available space, quality, and the content provided.

We do not pay for submissions or the publication of full or partial content of any kind. Any expenses or cost of your contribution are at your own risk and expense, unless hired or discussed prior to the shoot with our Chief Editor Alex Morehouse or Creative Director Melissa Banuelos.

Any content you submit to ARCHIVE must not be previously published in any other magazine, blog, website, IG, FB, or online anywhere else. If you post this work prior to submitting to us and/or after ARCHIVE has published your work, we reserve the right to pull the story from our editorial line-up without your consent. ARCHIVE holds exclusive publishing rights to our content. If your work has been accepted and you wish to cancel or pull your story there is a $25 fee which will apply.

Include IG handles for the creative team as well to ensure proper tagging and crediting on social media platforms. Since we have a curated IG feed, we do not guarantee promotion on Instagram immediately upon publishing.
